Russ did a great job on our car today both inside and out it looks new again highly recommend

Russcar came to my house and detailed my 5.4m boat.It took him almost 4 hours to machine polish and wash front to back and half an hour of that was spent on his phone.He charged me $450 for this.As a bonus, after he asked for the money and quickly took off; he left me with the nice surprise of a burned decal on the side of the boat.His machine polishing wheel burned the decal through the middle and burned it into the boat paintwork. This is expensive damage caused to the boat.I also noticed that he had missed some places above with his polishing and he refused to polish under the boat.He was that much in a rush to leave, he didn’t even replace the carpet he took out and he left it on the grass for me to do.Ive called him to come and have a look at the damage he caused but he didnt show up and has decided to avoid me.OVERALL;Russcar is unprofessional, cuts corners, dishonest and very overpriced.Customers please steer clear of this guy.
