Ripoff merchants, we were charged $800 to fit a $40 part into out Hot Water Sytem which I have been advised by another Plumber would have been no more than a hours work.

So glad I used this amazing team of plumbers in my moment of plumbing crisis!! Graham was amazing, very easy to talk to and explained everything that he was doing. Super quick and efficient and I didn't have to wait around half the day like previous other experiences with plumbers. I have recommended them to all my friends!!

called plumber for sewer blockage. They couldn't provide price range over the phone. They used high pressure hose to unblock even though full of tree roots. Advised they would cut some of the roots but didn't. Charged $390 to use hose. Used a camera to identify where the roots were without telling me it would be extra then charged an extra $200 when billing. Major rip off.

Small job escalated to around $5000 - left a bit of mess. Didn't show up repeatedly and left a boulder dumped against back fence. Workmanship seems ok so far but wouldn't use again.

Great service, Installed my dishwasher and were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

We needed our old dishwasher replaced as it was leaking everywhere.The guys went out of their way, were there within 1 hour late in the day , stopped the leak and installed a new one.Very friendly and helpful and gave us the best price option.Will definitely use them again for all our plumbing or gas problems.

I called Platinum plumbing to fix a storm water problem and was sent two young guys who looked like apprentices and had little knowledge of how to proceed. They had no wet weather gear and so were unwilling to walk in the flooded zone to try unblocking the drain and instead decided to try unblocking it through a service pipe. I told them that a previous plumber had advised me that there was no point trying to unblock the pipe with high pressure hosing as it was full or roots and needed something which would cut these away. They ignored this and instead fed a very thin hose down the service pipe. They did this for an hour and a half until they came across an obstruction and basically threw their hands up. When I enquired about the free camera inspection as advertised on their website they told me that yes it was free, however if the camera became stuck that we would have to pay $2000 to replace it. So basically they left, we were still flooded and none the wiser and had to pay them $400 for their efforts of shoving a hose down a pipe for an hour and a half!! When I called to make a complaint about all of this I was told by the owner that he would call me back. I was never contacted again.

Ditto all other reviews: expensive & useless, suggest the following names would be more appropriate: Lead Plumbing (poisonous and gives you that sinking feeling), Helium Plumbing (wallet feels lighter than air), Lithium Plumbing (off to the psych hospital after you realise your life savings are gone), Argon Plumbing (completely inert, just like their employees), Sodium Plumbing (violently reactive when water applied) ... you get the idea

Drains cleaned out but they still stink after 2wks, one plumber on the phone the whole time & was gunna leave without checking all drains were unblocked, do not use these guys!
