10/11/22Ordered the 3 piece chicken type meal which came with chips and a drink plus a pineapple fritter. We asked for all three to be thighs and were told that should be fine . . . once home realised all three were breast pieces and they were the most dry tough and flavourless pieces of chicken I’ve ever had ! Very disappointed because the last few times the chicken was fresh and juicy with a nice seasoned crunch.The only thing that helped the gross dry struggle was the fresh tasty chips which I can never fault .

The chiken seemed cooked a few days. fried and stored in the fridge and frying again before serving. the colour is too dark with their bad oil. the meat is shrink-dense, real tough likeplastic texture and smelly. I felt teeth and gum pain while eating.Fortunately, I could avoid diarrhea despite sensitive gut because nowadays I''ve teken Jalna bio-dynamic organic yoghurtbut next day, now I'm writing review with having still indigesion.between the time I only eat the Jalna bio-dynamic organic yoghurt. Thanks for the Red, I save money.The staff is good, kind, working hard but need understading about food industry. I will visit the Red and try again laterfor check any improvement, maybe a few years later.

Great expectations, especially when we’ve been asking for our own (Aussie Franchise) Red Rooster, to match KFC with deep frying!!!Mate, they passed with flying colours, and everything in the photos, is true to spec! I thought the new deep fried chicken was good! The wings are just melt in your mouth, and fall off the bone material, just like your mum makes!It’s pricey, but definitely worth a first time taste, and very different to KFC flavouring!

Last time I will ever order from this company. Not only did they double charge us for our meal, when it arrived it was cold. They must have “cooked” the burgers earlier and put them in the fridge they were that cold. We ordered normal nuggets, got cheesy nuggets with sesame seeds all over them, running a big risk with food allergens red rooster. But when we called up your “manager” couldn’t give a stuff, oh well was her response. I just hope this review helps people make an informed decision and stay well away from the business

would give 0 starts if i could. me and my boyfriend got really bad food poisoning. the staff was rude and the place was dirty especially the bathrooms. the food came out to us almost immediately, and the burgers were warm, not hot which was weird. don’t recommend.

We got there as the staff were about to clean up and get ready to close. The staff were still willing enough to help. We sat down and ate our food. The staff didn't mind even though they were cleaning up around us
