Gertrude Street Yoga Studio
Beautiful studio in Collingwood. I was visiting the area in June and practiced twice here in the mornings. Be aware though the room is not heated so I was actually quite cold throughout the practice; the heaters did not heat up the whole room and I had to keep my jumper on. In the middle of winter this proved to be quite challenging.

What a wonderful, welcoming studio. Visiting from the U.S. in December we did a week of classes at Gertrude St and felt right at home. From hot tea in the lounge area to the warm embrace of the teaching style, we were able to modulate our practice for what we needed that day. In the middle of everything and close to tram stops. Will certainly be back on our next trip!

Had an amazing first time experience at this studio which really felt like a calming oasis. Bella led us through a Vinyasa Flow class focusing on lightness and warmth, and gave us many options and space to do what our bodies needed on that day. I felt so rejuvenated after class and I’m looking forward to come back again!

We were so happy to be on the doorstep of Gertrude Street Yoga for our week-long stay in Melbourne as the beautiful space and the wonderful teachers became a highlight of our visit. My husband and I have experienced yoga in many places around the world and were impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge and love for the practice that every teacher imparted. Equally we loved the beautiful studio and the welcoming community. I envy Melbourne locals who have the chance to call GSY their yoga home" ... both of us can't wait to return"

I absolutely love the yoga studio! Both teachers I experienced inspired something very deep within me. Elisa for her ease of flow and beautiful mantra singing during shavasana and Ziggy for his strong and grounded presence and devotion. I am filled with gratitude for the classes I attended yesterday and this morning!The space is not only physically beautiful, it also feels safe, relaxing and nurturing. I love the fact that there is filtered water available and a warm herbal tea too.Thankyou thankyou thankyou ❤️

A beautiful spacious studio, friendly instructors and good vibes all round. The intro offer is great! Do your body a favour and give it a go. One of the nicest yoga studios I've been to, caters to all levels and makes new people feel welcomed.
