Greencross Vets Minchinbury

Would be 5 stars but it's abit pricey. If you want a good deal then rootyhill vets is better but these guys are more convenient as they can usually see your animal alot sooner

The lovely receptionist, heard my story and put me straight through to Monica the Nurse, who took the history, whilst I was driving. Mum's once stray cat was very ill, following surgery 3 weeks earlier, at another Vet. They had provided no post Op care and were now too busy to see him and said he could only be handled with sedation. The cat was now so ill, anyone could pick him up.It was 2 days before Christmas. Monica sorted out the earliest possible time for us to come in and got permission to access Milton's operation record from the previous Vet. We were all set to go, as soon as I could get there.Sadly Milton was dead when we arrived at Greencross Minchinbury. Dr Christine, the receptionist and Monica greeted us warmly. Milton was taken through to a back room, so he could be prepared for burial. We were strangers to these people. Yet we were treated with kindness and Milton got a dignified end to a mostly hard life. Thank you to these beautifully kind human beings.

We took our rescue staffy here for his first ever vet trip, he is very high energy and the staff were SO accommodating. The vet nurse let us sit in a consult room so our dog could desensitise to the surroundings, then the vet Christine spent extra time bonding with him so we could have a positive experience getting his vaccines and health check. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice, ESPECIALLY Christine as she was so incredible with our boy. He loved her and so do we!

Great vets they look after my Bella Blu every month. Spent time making sure her medication was at perfect dose. Bella Blu my chihuahua has Addison Disease and needs an injection every month and requires her blood to be checked regularly. Highly recommend Minchinbury.

Dr Christine and the team are amazing. So loving and caring, and full of knowledge. You can trust your fur-baby or family pet here!

The amount of care, consideration, empathy, and compassion I experienced here is absolutely unmatched. These guys are by far the best Vets I've been to and are absolute gold. They made me feel safe and I was able to rely on them and trust them fully with their advice. Would highly recommend them to anyone I know. You've found yourself a loyal customer! The vets are fantastic and the receptionists even more so. Always so warm and helpful. I don't stress when bringing the fur kids here. The only thing is if an emergency happens you can't get in because they are always so booked up. Had to take the kitten somewhere else when he was having respiratory issues because I couldn't get in. Other than that, love it here.

Always get first-rate service for our 2 furbaby's. Couldn't ask for a more professional team through good and bad .

I honestly cannot speak more highly of the veterinary clinic and the vet we met with :) we called super late and asked for their next available appointment which happened to be in an hour, this was for our puppies first needle, her microchip and her first working.As we are first time puppy parents, we had a lot of questions and the vet was so accomodating and answered all of our questions informatively which was a delight as we wanna do everything right for our cor baby.The process was fast, being that our puppy had no vaccinations we were quickly moved to a sanitized room so she didn’t potentially catch anything.The process was amazing, Thankyou green cross for being so awesome and looking after our little Lilo :) was truly amazing :)

We’ve been coming to Greencross Vets at Minchinbury since Argos was a pup; he’s now 15 months old, the height of an adult when on his back legs and weighs 33.9kgs. Dr Anita has provided the regular check ups, prescribed meds for his reoccurring ear infections and she’s given great advice for his earlier pup behaviours. Argos does not display any fear or anxiety when we approach the surgery or when he’s taken into the treatment room by the staff which is testament to how well he’s treated.
