Don't bother wasting your time ringing this mob. I called a week ago to arrange pick up of a working fridge and washing machine. They said they would be in my area the following Tuesday and would call or text on Monday to confirm pick up. Never heard from them again, even after contacting them on Tuesday night wondering why the items weren't collected. I'll just have to get rid of them myself to a scouts recycling centre. Scrapaway = USELESS!!

Originally (by email) they were really helpful answering my questions re: what items they could/couldn’t collect. They asked me what suburb I lived in as they had set collection days for different areas. I responded, and never heard back. Rang twice without response. Went elsewhere.

Very disappointing.- Arranged a collection advising what was to be picked up.- Advised days in advance the items to be collected had changed due to someone else collecting irons left on the property.- Received confirmation the night before only to receive a phone call a few hours later 'What happened to the other stuff?' Was advised at this point for such a small amount a $25 charge would be payable so certainly not free in the slightest as their site indicates unless they stand to benefit from the collection.
