We would never use this realtor again. We first rented through them with promises that parts of the house would be cleaned before we moved in, that didn't happen. Then when we moved in, there were draws that didn't open or close properly and were promised that they would be fixed too- that didn't happen. Nikki says one thing and then does the complete other. When it came to moving out they engaged trades that they didn't even speak to us about and took it from the bond. We have now bought our own home and actually steered away from seeing houses whereby Nikki was the listing agent.

My family recently got the dreaded notice to vacate as the owner of a house we were renting sold up and kicked us out, and we were very stressed and under a great deal of pressure to find a home large enough for all of us in a short period of time.Annette and the team at Core Realty made the entire process so easy, and while it's certainly early days, have been a dream as property managers - any maintenance issues have been addressed promptly and with no drama. Also, my favourite thing? When they say they'll be there (for an inspection or whatever), they give you an actual time, not just expect you block out half a day waiting around for them to show up. It's actually really nice to be treated respectfully as the renter (you know, the people actually paying the passive income of the property owner, who passes on a percentage to the managers). A huge difference to the last mob we were dealing with!

We rented through Core Realty for almost 18 months and have only wonderful things to say about them. Kira Lee was always responsive, quick to action everything, respectful of our space and the nicest property manager. When we had to leave to move to a bigger home we were most upset at having to rent from any other real estate as we've loved having Kira Lee! Thanks Core Realty and super thank you Kira Lee!

We have dealt with many Property Managers and I can honestly say that Core Realty are by far the best. Nikki and George were always on hand to help with any maintenance issues and they were flexible with inspection dates. The use an online property portal which means you can view your lease, see when rent is due and send direct messages to them. I would definitely recommend them. They made our time in Darwin amazing!

Such a great experience! I've never had a Property Manager that has cared so much while I was renting from them. If I had any slight maintenance issue (and there were never many), Nikki was easy to get a hold of and would act straight away to get it sorted for me. I've also never rented with an agency that are so friendly and happy to take your call.
