We recently renovated our home, and Tongue n Groove provided beautiful floors with excellent service. Lucy provided clever suggestions about design and invaluable installation advice, saving us time and costs. Her responsiveness was fantastic at every step of the way.

Fantastic customer service from Daniel. Daniel was extremely responsive to my queries on the different wear layers and lengths of the wood, provided helpful suggestions to get my thinking started on how I saw my home (longer term or 3-5 years) which helped form my view on budget and preferences.The quality of the samples from Tongue N Groove itself were on another level. It definitely stands out amongst its competitors, so I highly encourage anyone interested to take a look for themselves.Even though I haven't placed an order (yet), Daniel was extremely supportive and understanding, and is definitely a fantastic BDM, supporting all customers along the journey. From my initial contact by email through to the delivery of my modest order of Oak flooring and underlay to replace carpet in a second bedroom, the customer service experience from the TnG team has been exceptional.Emily Milnichuk, Showroom Consultant responded promptly to my myriad of questions and assisted by confirming the details of flooring I required and not only that, she provided information that I hadn't asked for but thought would be useful to me.Once the items had been ordered the process to the Fulfilment team was seamless and I was assisted by Kylie and Marta who arranged for the goods to be delivered to fit in with my work commitments.The delightful delivery driver Jun arrived exactly on time, was extremely helpful and left my husband and I smiling with his joyful attitude.These wonderful TnG members are customer focussed, professional and provide an exemplary level of service.

From first contact in the showroom we felt well taken care of. The product is superior to the alternatives in the market, you can just feel the quality when you get the samples. There were multiple changes along the way and due to family circumstances we had to have some bespoke product delivered with high priority. Iv Hout was fantastic from start to end and we had great communication. The company were able to deliver the flooring and bespoke product on time and we’re very happy with the overall service.

I walked into the Dank street business today after they were recommended by my builder. I've been renovating house's in inner Sydney suburbs since 1995 and from my experience as a potential customer they fail with their business model. They get a star for the sleek showroom but they failed in the level of effort they showed to make a new customer. I am astonished at businesses that have shops in the areas like Dank street. They must have too much business to have to worry about someone like me. But as I know from my experience, word of mouth is a wonderful thing. I certainly won't be recommending this business.

Sold as a premium quality flooring and not sealed properly so everything stains them. Not suitable for use in homes, kitchens, office etc. Dog urine, oil, cheese - absolutely anything that touches the floor other than water stains it even if cleaned off straight away with their products. State Rep came out and said this is normal. Avoid our nightmare and don't buy them!
