Bunnings Mile End
The worst bunnings in the state. Staff see you and run and hide, asked a worker to look for a product that their system states they had 8 of, his response was no we don't have any and im not looking, had no intention to help me. Store always has pallets of stock in the walk ways blocking acce and is generally untidy.

Bunnings Mile End
Recently I needed to buy some screws, and not being much of a DIY person, needed help to find the correct size. The staff member who so patiently helped me find the right kind gave such great customer service, I wanted to give her this much deserved pat on the back. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she had long red hair, it was in the evening of 30th January and nothing was too much trouble for her. She is a huge asset to your store. It is this kind of customer service that keeps people coming back.

Friendly, welcoming helpful and most importantly knowledgeable staff. The garden section is one of my favorite sections as it has variety and quality plants with a guarantee. The carpark is spacious, the canteen is clean and located near the garden/outdoor section.

Burnings Mile end is worth it the visit. They all have sorts of stuff: home improvement, outdoor and indoor living product at a very affordable and competitive prices.I love their garden section here, so much to find and buy.This is my favorite shopping spot, i can stay here the whole day;)

By far the best Bunnings of all! Great customer service people who are always available to help you. Great stock selections and ease of locating what you need. Just a really awesome team doing what they do best! Oh and Yummy party pies that you just can’t walk past without grabbing one with a coffee.
