Hell, how come i haven't come across these guys before, Service & price & turn around time 100%

Got quoted $950 for pump replacement from my pool installer ……. I dropped off pump to Parker pumps late afternoon …. I had it back next morning and $160 later it ran like a dream. Super service

These guys are great, they are helpful knowledgeable, cost effective and most of all reliable. They turned up on time and resolved my problems quickly.I would recommend Parker Pumps anytime.

Warning to all Davey Rainbank Pump buyers -> Warranty jobs follow a strict process.Daryl and Co run a shop that reminds me of places I visited in Delhi, India, great kind hearted service amidst a world of organised chaos…. too harsh you might say, well regardless of the glowing reviews on this google channel my experience dealing with a Davey Rainbank Pump warranty job will stop me from ever returning to Parker Pumps (PP)..Without going through all the grizzly details our Davey Rainbank pump experienced a major failure and it needed to be registered with Davey within a two week period of the fault. From my communications with Davey this was not done by PP. Unbeknown to myself and Daryl at PP this would have knock on repercussions, both financial and mental.Failing the initial registration of the fault, financial costs (plumper $400 and water x2.5 month’s worth) can not be claimed from Davey (I wish I’d known this!!) as they have a faults line to call and onsite plumper visits if required. Prior to the pump arriving back (dropped off to PP mid Dec’22, pickup end of Feb’23, 2.5 months) the countless followups and annoyance of not knowing the status of the pump became really frustrating.My heart goes out to the Parker Pump guys as they seem genuinely good people who perhaps given straight forward problems/solutions are outstanding in their field (citing prior google reviews)This job was too much for Daryl and crew from the East Geelong Water Pumps Bazaar and on this occasion 'being under the pump' did not suffice.

Wonderful service from Andrew for our failed Taylex septic system....I went to the shop to enquire as to whether they serviced Taylex systems and Andrew virtually jumped the counter and followed me 30kms home and fixed the problem in 30-40 minutes - knew his stuff backwards. I can't remember when we last received such great service - on anything!

Outstanding. They actually resolved my water pump problems over the phone, sent some out to fix it straight away, and the fix saved me a lot of money over alternatives I was considering. Very knowledgeable and responsive.

fantastic first class service. Extremely helpful over the phone and in person. Their website states good old fashion service and that's exactly what they give. Was told by another company I needed a new pump at a cost of $1000. Parker Pumps were able in fix my pump in 1 hour. Great bunch of blokes. Thanks a million.
