I visited today for a facial and also had a lash lift and tint as part of a promotion. Grace was my beautician, she was caring and attentive. The facial and massage was fantastic, I feel lighter and fresher. My lash lift and tint exceeded my expectations, they look fantastic! The ambiance they have created is so Serene and welcoming, would definitely recommend!

Ladies were lovely, surroundings beautiful and massage was awesome, thoroughly enjoyed my time at Harmony Wellness Spa.

Got to try out their new Vichy Shower! It was an experience like no other! So relaxing and my skin felt great afterwards!

Amazing facials! I mean I have never experienced a facial like this, massage was heavenly and the spa is divine. The set up and styling is gorgeous. Well done ladies.

Absolute disgusting. We were a group of 4 girls. Our first treatment was a mineral soak bath. WATER WAS NOT CHANGED AT ALL FROM EITHER OF US BEING IN THERE! it was a normal size bath like you have at home. We were tasked of We wanted to rub each other with the scrub... who does that?? And during my massage I was actually enjoying having a conversation with the beautiful lady but the owner kept knocking on the wall to be quiet! Then getting told off for showering after a treatment because it was burning my face?! I specifically asked for nothing harsh on my face and no scrubs!! First that was put on was a scrub.Water not being changed is an OHS issue! How this place is still running is disgusting and a major rip off.

Booked a birthday treat to relax and feel a bit special left feeling upset and frustrated. Head rest kept dropping every time i started to relax. I had to lift it 3x before therapist attempted to fix it. That took another couple of tries before it was tightened correctly, so 1st 10mins wasted and i couldn't relax for fear it would drop again. 1hr aromatherapy massage and my feet, hands, neck and shoulders weren't touched (full disclosue, 1 foot was broken and I requested that not be touched). Didn't smell any essential oils. Facial was nice, but I was too upset to completely relax and enjoy that. Near the end of the session the door opened and there was whispering. The therapist said she'd be finished in 8mins. It was obvious from that point she was rushing to finish. I wanted to give feedback when I paid but my money was taken with no oppertunity for feedback and i was pretty confused to be honest. I felt like I wasn't a priority at all.Update. Thank you for the phone call and offer of a further massage (which I respectfully decline). Just to clarify, i wasnt asked about my exoerience by yourself or the therapist. I was asked if I felt okay. Given the way I was feeling i don't feel I could answer that honestly at the time. I'm sorry to have been the first bad review, but even after the explanations, I stand by my review of my experience on the day. I am pleased you have many great reviews and wish you all the best.

Have been in several times and always leave feeling divine and amazing. Today was no exception had a facial that left me so relaxed and rejuvenated that I’m still floating on cloud nine. It’s amazing how expertly and tranquilly I was massaged and transported into such a serene state. Thanks for such an amazing experience

I had the most relaxing and amazing experience at the Harmony wellness spa! Suzanne made me feel very welcoming and comfortable in all my treatments. The bath is definitely something everyone has to to try at least once. Immerse yourself and soak all your stress and tension away. While enjoying the calming light therapy and music all at the same time!!! Definitely a MUST !!

What a beautiful experience. The staff are lovely and professional. My beautician Grace was amazing. My skin has improved immensely. I would highly recommend using Harmony Wellness Spa.
