Fantastic staff and customer service. I wasn't quite sure on what size screws I needed so the staff gave me two different size screws to take home and try.On my return I purchased the correct screw for the job at a unbelievable price compared to the so called big hardware stores. Could not recommend them high enough.

Industrial Fasteners is one the best businesses in Australia, especially if you are a knock about home handy man like me. You can go in there to buy one bolt and they treat you if you are going to buy the whole shop.

These guys now have saved my butt a few times. Popped in the other day for 4 bolts for my boat trailer. The customer service is 10 out of 10. Their knowledge is 10 out of 10. Their pricing is 10 out of 10. It's hard to find people that are so professional in their field of expertise. Also as stated in other reviews you get treated right no matter how big or small your purchase is. Legends.
