Built a house with Dixon homes, and Hembrows did all the electrical tasks, including solar and hot water system. Excellent quality of work and communication, including support. Highly recommend them and will work with them for any electrical needs

I had a new solar system as well as a new switch board installed and the on-site staff were great and turned up on time. The service form the Admin staff was great, we also have a rental property, and we had solar installed on this as well. Would highly recommend Hembrows.

Unfortunately experience of Hembrows Electrical is not a positive one, Despite multiple attempts to reach out and communicate to fix our issues they chose to remain unresponsive.Without any consultation, they made impractical changes to our initial agreed-upon electrical plan. This lack of customer consideration is mind-boggling.They placed a USB charger above the stove. It's an inconvenient, and potentially dangerous placement which clearly indicates their lack of experience or concern for safety.When they encountered issues with the placement of a power point, instead of moving it to the other side of the kitchen bench, they relocated it around the corner.Clearly not what anyone asked for but were not willing to change it.

Hembrows installed our solar system on our newly completed house. The service was excellent and the technicians who attended site were professional and considerate. They assisted with setting up the new solar edge technology app on my phone so I can track my solar output. I would highly recommend Hembrows services.

Fantastic service and advice, we don’t know much about solar but Chris was able to work out the best system for us. The installation and ongoing service has been excellent. Highly recommended.

Great Product & Service. Our installation was flawless. We have never had a problem with our solar array, which we have cleaned every 1-2 years. Only issue has been with the system's online monitor unit, which they replaced under warranty. If ever we have an issue with the online monitor then they're always happy to assist with reconnecting.

We built with a cairns building company an they used hembrows an one big electrical mistake they did was put meter box in wrong spot 20 metres away from where it was on approved plans an they said it was a more viable an cheaper spot

Since October 2020, we have been attempting to get a new inverter installed. The system was inspected in January, and the inverter was found to be faulty. A new one was installed on 11 February but the job was not completed because the installer did not have an AC isolator. He was not prepared to travel a short distance to get the required part. Throughout this experience, I have made 11 phone calls to Hembrows but they never return my calls which is extremely frustrating as it will only take a short time to complete this job.

Very very poor professional and attention to detail. I had this company complete a full electrical installation of a new home. Including ducted air con, solar install, fans and light upgrade.Originally the sparky left rubbish all over the site including their lunch stuffed between studs. The solar was installed facing south west on the wrong side of the house after the contract stated and showed the other. Very little care was given to this mistake and took numerous calls and emails to finally get it sorted. Pendant light had cable draw string holding it up. Solar cabling was left touching the roof with the potential of a fire hazard. Very little care was given to get this issue resolved. After finally attending the property circuits was left off. After the electrician had been to fix the issues. Unsure how testing was done if the power was not turned back on. This included leaving the man hole not covered. Very unprofessional, no pride in work, and I have very little faith in their ability to do anything without multiple visits.

Lachlan from Hembrows came referred by our roofer as one of the blokes in the industry to trust to install a solar system.He listened, didn't do a sales pitch but advised what he would do if it were his place.We took his advice and had a 6.6KW Solar Edge system installed.He and his team were professional, on time and did a VERY neat job.Couldn't be happier .Cheers.
