This was the greatest charter I have been on.The boat is roomy and rides very well and is kept uncluttered. The skipper is very knowledgeable and doesn’t stop searching for the best fish around. We all got great fish and the cream was a 80 kg , last one.I nearly forgot, when we got back he also processed all the fish for us

Salty Dog Charters did an excellent job of looking after us. Friendly, professional & exceeded expectations with the number of tuna we caught ..... & released.It took 3 hours before our first (double) hook-up but from then on, it wasn't unusual to see all 5 Rods bending over!The catch was humanly dispatched, bled & put in an ice slurry. Back on land, it was efficiently filleted & bagged. All in all, a memorable day out & one more tick on my bucket list.Thanks Salty Dog, you guys were AWESOME!-Grantos

Customers be very very careful as during quite times" the charter will tell you things are hot even though they are not to keep a cash flow! Went on a charter and got nothing

Great trip and knew where to find the Tuna. Was a tough search but we all landed one. Bring your sea legs here, it gets very wavey!

Unprofessional and unorganized..Cancelled my original booking and reschedule booking date. Turned up at 5.30am and was told sorry I have overbooked and can't board the boat. Poor effort and don't recommend.

Disappointing experience. Poor planning and lack of communication! I had initially booked one date only to have this cancelled. I booked a second date to have this cancelled as well. Both cancelled bookings due to the owner accepting another booking.Wouldn't recommend them. Look elsewhere.

Dan the captain was exactly what i expected him to be he is a seasond and verry professional outfit. Dan even took us around the corner to show us how ruff the water was before we left. After we got back from the best fishing trip ive had he even cleaned , filleted and placed them in bags for all of us to take home. It was my first time out but definitely wont be my last. we all had a ball ps DanEven shared some of his favorite recipes.Highly recommended
