An all round great experience! We started with some amazing cocktails, our meals were fantastic, and we received top quality service throughout the evening. Thank you to the staff at Aluco for a wonderful dinner tonight. We can't wait to come back.

Aluco Restaurant and Bar
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the breakfast buffet at this hotel and was blown away by the variety and quality of food on offer. There were many options to choose from, both hot and cold, and I especially loved the omelette eggs which were cooked to perfection. The best part of the experience, however, was being able to sit by the pool and enjoy the beautiful surroundings while indulging in a delicious breakfast. Overall, I feel that the breakfast buffet was definitely worth the price and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great start to their day.

Aluco restaurant at Port Douglas Pulman Sea temple was a pleasure to experience.Breakfast buffet is great, especially the real Bacon :)The staff are super friendly, delightful and helpful, nothing was a bother.The food is delicious and the view of the pool is beautiful.BTW, the coffee is definitely also 5 star and opens at 7amThanks to all at Aluco restaurant bar Sea Temple

I had so much hope for this restaurant. I was here 2 years ago and it was a terrible experience, yet I thought that with time it would have improved.I was wrong.Food was mediocre. Unsure if the pork main dish is supposed to be cold or hot, because it was hot on the outside and cold in the middle. Super off-putting.Dessert was just weird. Who puts mint jelly in a dessert?We had to get the attention of wait staff to order additional drinks. A massive miss if your team aren't asking patrons for more drinks when they can see drinks are empty.For the same money go into town and experience a better place, with better food and service.I have learned my lesson. We will not be back.

Aluco Restaurant and Bar
Fantastic. I could not fault anything. Pure perfection from service to food. I ordered the rib eye which was cooked to perfection, accompanied by one of the best red wine jus’ I’ve ever had. The garden salad was light and refreshing and the mango pana cotta was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet.

Breakfast cannot fault ,lots of variety. Dinner can't say the same tho . Food was very tasty but very pricey for what you get. Not alot of variety and the menu needs pasta dishes or risotto. Not very family friendly . I can not believe that I had to pay $14 extra for a side of veggies to accompany my piece of steak

I was greeted by Ali. Ali’s welcoming smile and delightful countenance set the tone for my experience at Aluco. Quietly efficient and unobtrusively attentive, Ali introduced me to the splendour of their buffet breakfast and ensured that I was well informed, fuelled and overwhelmingly satisfied as I planned my touring day ahead. Kudos to Yudhi too who made my delicious coffee. Thank you for adding to my holiday in the most positive of ways.

We had an amazing lunch and dinner here, as well as breakfast! The vegan burger I had was incredible. It was the closest thing to real meat I’ve ever had and the chips were cooked to perfection. The cocktail I had was just as delicious, the Aluco Spritzer. The dinner we had was just delicious - the eggplant had an amazing sauce I wish I had the recipe for, and the gnocchi was melt in your mouth heaven. Get the chocolate tart! There was the most lovely French/Spanish (sorry I can’t remember which!) speaking girl who helped us last Friday September 9. She was caring, attentive and kind. So too was the new duty manager.The breakfasts we have were just as wonderful, with delicious fresh produce and quality waffles, toasts, eggs and more. Amazing barista coffee too. We can’t wait to come back soon. Pullman Sea Temple is just gorgeous.

My wife and I were staying at the Sea Temple Resort and tried out this restaurant on our first night. It was absolutely incredible, I don't normally eat prawn but after smelling my wife's entree I just had to give it a try and I'm so glad I did.The freshest and tastiest prawn either one of us has had.The service was impeccable and the food just as much so, it can be a touch pricey but after tasting it I would happily pay their asking price without a second thought.Honestly better than a large majority of the restaurants we have access to in Canberra, will definitely be back multiple times during our honeymoon.
