Dylan's rubbish removal and lawn care

Dylan has quoted me $170 from the pictures I've sent to him to remove trees/plants on Monday. I mentioned to him again in person that I wanted the roots removed and this time he quoted me $250 including tip fees. I took cash out and came back to find out that he only cut it, without removing the roots. But he said the trees/plants wont grow again and he is not licensed to remove stumps, if it grows back, he will look after it. I was a bit speechless as I wouldn't pay for $250 without getting the roots removed as well! Then he unprofessionally didn't have blower or broom to clean up the mess which he said he would come back to clean it. As he cut all the trees/plants and so friendly, I was ok with that. However, this is Thursday and the wind was strong to blew up most of the mess everywhere. My husband and I had to clean up a bit yesterday after work which was stressful.

Very polite, excellent worker, on time, very well presented and trustworthy, a lovely young man to do business with.
