Great spaces and decent gear in the rehearsal studios. Sound isolation between rooms could be a little better, but no biggy. Stairs however, are bit not fun

Practice rooms need much more isolation. I had a basically unusable 3 hour practice session because of the noise from the rock band next door. There are far better options in the same area.

It has good some great amp such as Orange and Black Star. Great location near Mac Donald.

Great and spacious rehearsal rooms with good equipment provided (amps and drum kit).Limited rooms (Room 1 and 2 are rehearsal spaces and Room 3 is a recording studio).Slightly difficult to transport your equipment as the place is upstairs and you need to take a flight of stairs (there is no lift).Would recommend the option to book 2 hour slots.Overall great place and friendly staff.

Unbelievable value. The only issue is that they are upstairs. But you shouldn't need any heavy equipment as the amps and drums are included.
