Smelly and stale. Spoiled our event with that cake. I think they do not refrigerate that and these cakes and due to low sale gets stale and only one can find while eating or tasting. Secondly, 30 cents for bag and $6 to write on cake which is free at other places. Really a place to avoid.

Horribly deceptive and unethical, these guys require a thorough investigation into the legality of their practices. Ordered a specific item online and they changed my order, Charing me an extra $23 plus without informing me of the change. Had I not looked into the order (it was going elsewhere and I was keeping track for delivery) they would have ended up charging me without my consent or even consultation.When I tried to discuss this with them I was met with rude, hostile and very aggressive teams members and the icing on the cake of this experience was the so called manager who yelled and demanded I come down and seek a refund if I wanted one. There was a clear reason why this order was made online and I am not anywhere near the store location. None of this mattered and the yelling and rudeness seemed common practice.Avoid at all costs, better to purchase a cake from Woolies which is a few shops down! I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities also.

Jan 2023 bought, Chocolate flakes cake I bought , it was horrible . Bitter taste for some reason and I took it as gift for someone, so embarrassing.Feb 2023 bought Marble cheese cake again worst taste of cinnamon and not at all good. This is last time of trying these disgusting tasted cakes.

Great customer service, i was running late so contacted store to see if they could wait for 5 minutes! But the polite and humble lady (forgot the name) over phone told me not to rush and she will make sure to keep the counter open. When i got there and chose the cake, which was so yummy and fresh. She put edible for free and gave me $5 off on the top even though i did not had the voucher. You were amazing and i wish i could buy more cakes everyday to help your business. Thank you

Rude staff. We went to buy a cake on 25 April 2023 and the staff was very rude. No expressions, bad customer service. Will never go back to this store as I felt like I am asking for a free cake. They should learn how to engage a customer and provide good experience.

My wife and I came in this branch on 05/05/2023 about 5:30 pm and bought a cake. Two Indian looking girls were at the shop and one of them put the cake in the box. When my wife wanted to enter the car, the cake fell off from the box from the side, and we realised that they didn’t close the box! they could have said that to us or put the box in a plastic bag. We came back to the shop and said what happened. They said it is our responsibility to protect the cake. Their behaviour was not professional and really rude. I suggest the owner train them or send them home to keep the business working
