Marie has an incredible passion to detail and flavour with her cooking. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was first class. Just an amazing degustation and looking forward to my next one.

I engaged Marine for a five course French dinner for 14 people, for my 60th birthday. I thoroughly researched the market, putting out invitations to all the chef booking web sites and private chefs I could find on Google located in Perth. Of all the responses I received (about 10), Marine was by far the most responsive and professional, coming back within hours with a fully transparent, itemised quotation, absolutely competitive with the other private chefs who work direct, and considerably less expensive than those working via booking sites. Her web site is also the best of any of the chefs who operate their own web presence, with a wonderful video really showing her style and personality. On the evening she worked like a Trojan, along with her assistant, and produced five magical courses which everyone raved about. I can really recommend the Beef Cheek Bourguignon". She also assisted with French wine selection

Quality and quantity was amazing.Marine took the time out after dessert for us to get to meet the Chef an experience that you cannot obtain in a restaurant.Highly recommend!

We had Marine cater for our wedding in March 2023. She was amazing from the very beginning. The phone calls and communication was top notch! She was always trying to make things easy for us and catering to our budget. Marine ended up catering for 110 people - delicious canapés followed by a sit down entree and mains. The food was delicious and her staff were great- they even came around with seconds! If you want your wedding catered in style and with a personal touch- Marine and M-cuisine are your go to! Everything was beyond perfect, and I could not have been happier with the event.Every single bite was better than the last, the food was so incredible!Marine created such a wonderful atmosphere while looking after us all. Marine is a lovely lady and a professional who does her best to accommodate to your dietary requirements. Not only that, she is extremely friendly and makes the entire private dining experience wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal with her where she prepared restaurant quality meals with careful ingredient preparation and pairing. We can't recommend this experience enough!

Marine catered our small intimate wedding of 20 guests and did a fabulous job! We were lucky enough to find Marine on short notice when we had to make last minute changes to our wedding due to covid restrictions. In the short time between us booking her and our wedding Marine was fantastic. She helped us pick a menu that reflected the food we love and was very accommodating to all of our requests. Many of our guests commented that the food was some of the best food they had ever had at a wedding. And the beef fillet - melt in your mouth tender! We had a home wedding and Marine left our kitchenabsolutely spotless- you would have never guessed she cooked up a 3 course storm for 20 guests in there!We would recommend Marine to anyone looking for a private chef to make an event extra special and intimate.
