Mr James who is with the Mr Geeks it services , as a computer repairs person has just spent quite some time with my laptop computer , and has solved the Skyping problem i was having perfectly , for this i am most grateful , and grateful also for the patience and understanding he has shown , and respect, i know Mr geeks will be the people i turn to when the next problem comes along as i am sure it will !!! with me in control... i have an issue with my internet and i called Mr geeks to help i spoke to James he was patient and helped me connect my device to internet and i felt there were other issues i have in my computer some issues are with broadband and i have a new internet connection but at the end everything is working fine and i am very happy with the service and also with their work guarantee .

Excellent services. I took AMC from them and the services were awesome. Really saved a lot of money on my computer expenses bills.

The technician was wonderful to work with and very courteous, thorough, and professional. The head office, however, is terrifying. It took me multiple calls to simply get an invoice. Whenever I'd speak to them they'd try to upsell me some software 'to help (my) computer run better'. I've received multiple calls about it now.Today I've received a call about 'the software we installed to run in the background' and them wanting access to check up on my computer. 1. They never installed software on my computer, I already had programs for this purpose that I had researched and chosen on my own. 2. If they *did* install software on my computer, it was NOT with my consent.I'm not sure what their agenda is, but it's bordering on harassment.

I had a problem with recieving emails. I contcacted Mr Geeks and they did a full diagnostic of my computer and identified the issue that had been causing me regular emial problems. Everythings is working fine- they even fixed my phone which had also dropped receiving emails. All communication was very polite. I am very pleased with the outcome especially knowing that i cna contact them if any problems arise in the futer. Thank you Mr Geeks

i have purchased a new printer and my computer laptop was not getting connected to wifi as well as the printer was not talking to each other , wanted to get my new printer setup and device fixed .all issues that I was having appear to be fix thanks to Mr geeks

Amazing service! Very punctual and knowledgeable, Staff go above and beyond in getting to know their customers personally, and truly add value. Professional and quality business. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, they don't pay off their employees. I had worked for them and solved the customer's issue, but then the payment never arrived. They responded that they got an issue with accounting. Be careful, if you received a job offer from them.

3 weeks ago I used The Mr. Geeks to upgrade my computer. John was very,very punctual. He did a great job and was very helpful with anyquestions or problems I had. i would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Geeks for any Computer problems.

i have a realtime problem using my printer, As it was not printing at all it was frustrating and i need it urgently , these guys have professional approach and they fixed every thing properly which amde things more easier as they explained me everything so from next time onwords i won't have the problem , best support and cost efficient .thank you
