From the first phone conversation, Serge was professional, courteous and clear with how he would address our needs. He outlined the process and followed up exactly how he said he would. He then followed everything up with emails and was prompt and delivered excellent service.We have delt with so many different trades recently, if only people were as reliable and clear as Serge!! For straightforward, excellent service, look no further. New rooftop antenna installed. TV wall-mounting meticulously measured, with TV fastiduously positioned. Relocated & installed replaced unit as 2nd TV in another location. Set-up both, including sound system, explaining operation. Cleaned up afterwardz. Even helped with repositioning furniture to suit. Pleasure to deal with. Well done! Thank you Serge.

Serge was incredibly friendly, easy to work with and adaptable. We had a few issues that made our house comparatively difficult to work with and he was more than happy to work around them. Absolutely worth recommending.

Serge fixed my satellite dish today. Prior to this, we exchanged emails (he always responded promptly) with very clear explanations from him, and answers to all my questions. He arrived on time, completed the works efficiently, and within the timeframe he had advised. Clearly Serge is very knowledgeable in his field, and friendly on top! A professional.

Serge was professional and prompt in aligning our satellite dish. His technical expertise and attention to detail was evident as he efficiently adjusted the dish and then setup our existing decoder system. He has a friendly demeanour, easy to deal with and hassle-free. Would use again in the future.
