The surgery had a welcoming atmosphere and reception staff showed they enjoyed their workplace.I was made feel comfortable by Dr Beak whom I must say gave me a thorough examination- which I haven’t received in a long while. His manner was calm and courteous throughout the consultation.He listened while I babbled on at times! Apologies there Dr Beak.I would definitely recommend the surgery’

Dr Richards has been our family doctor for many years. He has immense knowledge and experience, and we have complete confidence in his treatment and preventative approach to medicine. Nurses and reception staff are friendly, helpful, and professional.

So far so good. Today was my first visit to this clinic. Really nice, clean, modern building. Staff were all very friendly and Dr Beak was great. Listened to my issues and is working through them with me.

A state of the art facility without the price tag. Pay virtually the same out of pocket as you would anywhere else. But get the “private” service. Dr Edlinger is fantastic. Very caring and thorough with her sessions. You feel listened to and cared for.

After having to find a new GP for my slightly anxious 6 year old, it was such a relief to see Amy at the front counter, who calmed my daughters nerves. She was super friendly and kind and went above and beyond to settle any nerves. Thank you Amy. In addition to this, Dr Suzanne is also amazing, patient and gentle with my spirited" child. You could say we have found our new GP clinic! The facilities are clean and hygienic."

My partner's GP is here and he is simply fantastic-he is highly thought of because he is so thorough, understanding, wonderful doctor/patient relationship. He listens and explains in detail which leaves us very happy. A caring doctor.

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. I waited 20mins for my scheduled appointment after driving an hour to get there. We chatted about my results for 10mins and then I had to pay $150 ($76 Medicare rebate). The Doctor could have called me and saved me the 1 hour drive each way! I left very frustrated and felt is wasn't worth my money or time.

The was my first visit to this practice and it was a pleasure. The Dr who carried out my skin check was very knowledgeable and explained in terminology I could understand and was a pleasure to deal with.Will definitely be using this practice in the future even though it is a long drive for me. My family of 5 have been seeing Dr Vicki Evans for over 18 months. I’ve never come across such a knowledgeable GP. Dr Vicki truly CARES, LISTENS and goes above and beyond for the whole family. We feel so fortunate to have found the perfect GP. Thanks for all you do Dr Vicki!
