Got my hair balayage from Terri and oh god what a great job she did. She is friendly,quick and professional. She sure knows her job well. I showed her a reference picture and she did exactly what I showed her. Full hair of balayage took me around 3.5 hours which is the least amount of time I have ever spent in a salon on hair color day and got beyond expected results. Defintelty going back to her again in future.

I got my hair done a few months ago by Kieran, firstly my hair went dark orange and brown at the ends when I wanted a full head highlights to be blonde and then they fixed it for free but still not the blonde I wanted and had to re bleach those ends so they’re very frazzled.Rakis reached out after this and then Stella fixed my hair (for free again) She did an amazing job at getting all the orangey colour out and cut the dead bits as well as treatments to repair any bleach damage. Now a nice bright blonde colour, Very happy thanks.

Stella is absolutely Stellar!! I have natural black hair and wanted to go blonde with a hope of it not looking too weird. I trusted Stella with the whole process and it turned out to be so gorgeous. I am so happy with her services and in love with her gorgeous personality.The team at Rakis was very helpful - served me coffee and water throughout the 4 hours I was there. Will definitely be returning. 10/10

Amazing place! Everyone was super friendly and professional and made sure I had a super wonderful experience. I went in for a balayage and cut and the result completely exceeded my expectations!! Will definitely be booking here again as it is one of the best experiences I've had with any hair salon :)

Absolutely amazing!! Kristina and the other staff made me feel so welcomed especially travelling from Adelaide. I felt like I have known these guys for years but I literally met them all on the day. My hair lasted me all week and I couldn’t be more happier! Definitely will be back ❤️

Terri @ Rakis has been doing my hair for over a year now. She was the first person to deal with my post-lockdown colour and I've been going to see her ever since. Terri is quick, professional and the colour is always spot on. I couldn't recommend her more!!! The salon is also super friendly, welcoming and very easy to get to. LOVE YOU GUYS!

If you want the best hair in Melbourne then you need to ask for Terri! She is such an incredible and talented hair dresser, colourist and stylist!! My hair and colour is consistently amazing all thanks to this precious gem!! I cannot wait to go back!!

A huge thankyou to the amazing Terri Louise who took my hair froma. Dull ashy brown to a vibrant, bright copper. I had previously been two separate hair salons to try and achieve the right colour and sadly it was always off and the colour very very quickly faded.Terri was persistent in ensuring to achieve the exact colour I was hoping for and did an absolute brilliant job making sure the colour took evenly between my extensions and my real hair.It's been a couple of weeks since I had it done and my colour still looks bright and fresh. Barely any fading.Stavros was also an absolute sweetheart. His energy is so uplifting in that salon.I won't be going anywhere else. I finally found a hairdresser I can trust! Terri you are a colour genius. Couldnt recomment her enough! xxxx

Just had a beginner makeup workshop with LeidyLu and she was wonderful. Got to learn some skincare tips as well along with the makeup skills. Highly recommend as she is very patient with everyone.
