Jannali Kinder Haven 2

Mel and the team at KH2 are amazing. Everyone knows our daughter's name, even though she only attends one day a week. The updates we get throughout the day show us how much fun she is having and we can really see the difference being around other kids has made. Thanks so much!

My son has been attending JKH2 for close to a year now. He absolutely loves going to daycare and has formed amazing bonds with the educators.I receive updates about his day and love seeing the photos of what he has been up to.They have great facilities that allow the children to explore and be creative in a safe and nurturing environment.

My little one has been so happy spending time at Kinder Haven 2. Always positive and happy to attend ... the educators are so lovely, caring and accomadating. Can't imagine sending her anywhere else!

Sadly the resignations of experienced staff has continued leaving the centre with a very high turnover rate. The prices went up to an eye watering amount, significantly higher then the surrounding centres, and it seems none of the funds are passed on to the hard working staff.Our daughter is happy there and the centre is pleasant but sadly I’m expecting the next person she becomes comfortable with too leave. I’d love to stay however with the financial pressures and lack of staffing we may have to think about alternatives.

Over the past 9 months about three quarters of permanent centre staff have left and haven’t replaced them in kind. This leaves agency staff to fill the gap with no continuity.Permanent educators are generally both capable and friendly, although often look stressed under increasing pressure. We find ourselves wondering who’ll be next in the series of resignations. Explanations provided by management seem dubious at best - it’s embarrassing. The common denominator seems like G8 squeezing their staff.The other noteworthy aspect is pricing - about $40 more per day than centres nearby for no obvious reason. Clearly this money isn’t flowing onto staff or they wouldn’t be leaving in droves. It looks like we’re paying shareholder dividends not educators’ wages.Overall I want the best for the centre and my child to have great learning experiences - G8 needs to wake up. Your staff and the families attending deserve better.

Kinder Haven 2 was the first daycare we looked at for our 11 month old son to attend and we instantly fell in love with the space, the care the educators have for the kids and how family friendly it is. My son has been attending for a month now and he absolutely loves it. The educators are amazing and you can see that the children love being there, our son has already gained so many new skills. We love receiving updates & photos throughout the day and the director Mel is always available for questions and a bright happy smile each day.

kinder haven 2 is the most lovliest friendliest childcare service I have ever used in my last 10 years of parenting out of the 8 childcare centres I’ve used over the years this is the best one I have never come across, kinder haven is a place with such kind people/ very non judgemental and made me feel like I could fit in regardless of me being a single mum. Staff are all professional and really energetic young and hands on staff are always there to meet the kids needs I never had an issue in the 3 months my son used kinder haven 2. Best childcare I could recommend in the shire. And if my sons health was better he would still be there today. ❤️Good luck to people who need a childcare kinder haven is the place to go :-)

Happy to highly recommend this centre! After a lot of research I decided that this was the best childcare centre for my nearly-1-year-old in the Jannali/Kareela/Como local area. Having now had my child attend, it actually lived up to my high expectations. The educators are friendly and competent, my child comes home happy and practicing new sounds and movements, their communication is great, and - most important for me - I feel safe and certain when I’m dropping her off.
