Ryan came out a couple of Weeks ago, after we advertised for down pipes and new guttering. Actually, Ryan was the only plumber who replied and he was out within a day to quote.Very happy with job that was done ... will definitely contact again for any future jobs.

Engaged Ryan the third time thinking he is a trustworthy and professional plumber. Paid $850 to get a shower rail and a few other fixes in July 2022.He came on time and did all the works and left without cleaning up ( all the boxes were left behind) and my water meter box was left opened.I realised if there is a leak from his workmanship and we try to call him back, he doesn’t return calls or replies back to text and gives excuses that he is away. Once you make the payment, he’s goes MIA .I don’t think he genuinely cares about his customers. Just the money . I regret hiring him as he does not know how to provide service support and actually thinks calling him to come fix his own work is considered free labour ( you are not fixing my tv or laptop here, just plumbing issues) He refuses to answer calls and even texts. Does not have any courtesy to reply and say he is away. I got a lot of respect for tradesmen but a handful of joes like him give plumbers a bad reputation. Will never ever recommend Ryan if you intend to negotiate pricing ( he might label you low baller for that- very customer friendly word) and you should not tell him other plumbing issues while he is on site as he will think you will be making him do all for free even though he is being paid for 2 hours (200 call out and first hour labour +additional 100/hour paid for mind you) and Ryan gets the job done an hour and a half or less, so asking to fix minor issues within the time frame is not additional free labour. If you cringe in providing in fixing a toilet bidet spray (not taking more than 10 mins), you should not be in this business. Throwing tantrums and words at customers is a BIG no for me.
