It was so worthwhile having Carol from Koncept Designs assist us with our bathroom and bedroom renovation. If you are thinking of doing a renovation and are unsure of where to start do not hesitate to contact Carol.Based on our initial consultation, Carol put together several proposals each with costings. This allowed us to choose a design that worked best for us and gave us a good idea of the costs that would be involved. Carol provided a detailed list, as well as images, of the items we would require, where to buy them and their cost. Having all this information available to us made the process much less overwhelming and we felt organised and confident when purchasing these items knowing that they had been thoughtfully recommended to fit our style and budget.We were really impressed with the level of detail Carol provided in her plans and the thought and research that went into the options she provided for us. Carol maintained excellent communication with us during the process. It was really helpful to be able to talk to Carol when we needed advice and clarification.Without Carol’s assistance we would have had a much more stressful renovation; not knowing where to start, any idea of a budget and which products were suitable and of good quality. Carol made sure nothing was overlooked.We are so glad we used Carol from Koncept Designs!
