I booked Mission Impossible Cleaners Cairns some weeks prior and had a lovely younger female on the phone who seemed quite reasonable, so first impressions were great. When it got to the day and time, they didn't show up. The older lady on the phone, Pam, said there was a computer problem so we rescheduled to a later date. At the second date the cleaners arrived 1.5 hours late due to traffic issues (in Cairns). The three of them worked hard for around 6 hours then texted me (at midnight) to let me know the job was done. When I saw it in the light the next day there were still skirting boards unclean and fingerprints on the walls, dust in corners, etc. The landlady looked at it and wrote a long list. The cleaners came back and did a less than ideal clean-up of the list. The cleaners were nice, but being a vacate clean, I expected skirting boards and door tracks to be done! Anyway I sent photos to Pam and she downplayed the dirt as you need a magnifying glass to see this". The landlady and I were less than impressed. I invited Pam to see the place for herself

don’t come here! Pam, dealt with me the whole time i messaged her and she demanded a screen shot of my previous review. i removed it as she threaten me with her “lawyers” then replied to me saying “ Firstly I did not say to you and never have to anyone that you should have cleaned yourself before you came? That is an outright mistruth and as such is defamation.Perhaps one of the cleaners said that??. I do not know. I DO know however that is NOT something I have ever said or would say to anyone. I actually apart from the initial fone call have very little contact with clients and what I do have is in text or email generally.Looking back on the details I have of this job:In the first instance I was told it was a 1 level unit.In fact it was and is a townhouseYou were given an incredibly cheap price .I will continue to look into this but the cleaners concerned are a very experienced family of bond cleaners whom have very few issues in regard to bond cleaning recalls because they are very goodThe very fact that the agents apparently did the job themselves says everything . Its a very corrupt industry and from.what little I have seen/ read this morning i would say you were taken advantage of and we were the scapegoats. If u had of spoken with me would have advised you to go to RTA. I will be going through all photos supplied . IF staff were rude and or said what you state they said I can only apologise on their behalf but im not responsible for what an individual allegedly says and you are naming me and my biz in this online text as the speaker.This is defamation.Pamela D”she accused me for putting fake accusations online when i didn’t. the day of the clean she told me to start cleaning so the cleaners wouldn’t take so long, i’m paying for this service why do i have to start with what i’m paying them for? this is crazy.accused me for slander and defamation. i’m telling the truth.i will be contacting consumer affairs regarding the service of this business.

Wow, wish I had read some of these reviews before!As is the case with the other 1 star reviews, cleaners did not do a good enough job so we asked for them to reattend which they did. But they still didn't fix up the issues found by the property manager. Pam then insiststed that the job was done and they would not be coming back so now we are having to pay for another company to come out and finish their job. Was also called a liar. Unbelieveable!It seems that all bad reviews here are answered with the same copy/paste response stating that they have no record of my name or details on file so I have included a screenshot of my quote from the company here to show proof that I am a customer. I've also included a few of the many photos showing their lousy work.I will be seeking reimbursement from Pam for the second cleaning bill and will be taking the matter to The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal or The ACCC should this not be paid.I strongly urge people to not use this service as they don't do the job as advertised. If anyone else has been wronged by this business, feel free to get in touch with me :)

A big thank you to Mission Impossible Cleaners for a great job done on our windows yesterday. Arrived on time and very prompt to get to work after having scoped the work to be done. Very methodical so no wasted time and the finished windows and screens were outstanding.Whilst we clean our windows every so often they had never looked so good. Very professional, friendly and simply great service.Cannot recommend highly enough. Give them a go as you will not be disappointed.

I have used Mission Impossible Cleaners service for a number of years at a number of addresses in Cairns and I am always happy with the service I receive. The owners are responsive and helpful and the booking service is streamlined. The pricing is very reasonable and there is a discount for regular cleaning.The cleaners arrive promptly and are friendly and thorough. I love coming home to a clean house, outsourcing cleaning is one of the best decisions I have ever made, it makes my life easier and that is a win for me! Thanks.

It's odd to feel happiness about window cleaning however, this week 3 guys from Mission Impossible Cleaners arrived promptly at my home. I don't envy them, the top windows are 8 meters up and others a simply difficult to access. From the very start they were polite and courteous. Each time they entered the house they were concerned to not bring in dirt from outside. Any furniture they had to remove was precisely relocated once they had finished. The windows and screens are now impeccable to the point that visitors are evening commenting on how great they look. Many windows hadn't been cleaned for over 5 years. Despite this, the team to the occasion. I can't recommend them highly enough. Watching them meticulously clean the windows, cleaning up after themselves demonstrated that they take their job seriously and work hard to get it right. I most definitely will be using them again and are happy to recommend them.

A zero if I could!! Such bad service, do not recommend at all!! My partner and I needed a bond clean for our house and Pam said that the cleaners will arrive at 9am but no one arrived. We kept waiting because she said the cleaners were running late and they should be there by 10 -10:30am. End up waiting till 2:30pm!! Wasted most of the day waiting and no one came! What a joke, we even paid a deposit! What a scam this business is! If they can't even rock up, imagine how they would clean when they do turn up!Go elsewhere and don't waste your time!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! ❌❌❌

We highly admire and recommend them. They have delivered high level of service for bond cleaning.We have booked end of lease cleaning with them. Their price is really affordable according to other cleaning companies in the market. Booking lady was super talented who managed to book job according my requirements. The entire house was cleaned and spotless. 5 star rating for you guys.

I called early on a Saturday Morning and spoke with Pamela who went above and beyond to make sure doing business was very smooth and simple. Her cleaning staff did a very professional job at quite short notice. Their work is guaranteed and our Real Estate agent had no issues. Pamela is professional yet friendly and communicated regularly via text throughout the process. Our 3BRM highest QLDER was completely polished in two (very hot) business days for an extremely reasonable price. 100% recommend this business for bond cleaning. Very happy customer.
