Scammed my credit card for over $3000 I have no business with this company nor I have I given them my credit card number.I attempted to contact them and they do not return my phone call.My bank reversed the transaction.

The Worst Phone encounter i have ever had.Customer Service rep laughed at the notion of being compassionate to me during my call and said this is just business and its backed by legislastionabsolutly no sense of care for another human being.These are a collection of the worst type of people in society.just a room full of F%$# ups.

Very unprofessional when chasing money. I was contacted as a known associate of a someone they were chasing. They would not properly identify themselves when on the hunt. If you are dealing with a debt collector, you have protections under Australian Consumer Law. They should not mislead or deceive you (or try to do so). They should protect the privacy of someone. Nick's behaviour essentially gave away his intentions. #fail
