The young girl vaccinated my parents this morning was not in a good mood. It was not a pleasant experience. Hopefully, she can improve her service a bit if she reads this comment.

One of the best pharmacies I have been to! The pharmacist Mr. Ching Koo was professional and friendly!!!

Staff are always really helpful. I have had to get advice off the pharmacist a few times and he is so thorough, caring and understanding. Thank you!

Very friendly crew who are always happy to help and navigate you around the store. The offers are quite good and the stock is well maintained. The common free car parking is a plus point. Overall great experience.

Pharmacist working on Boxing day 2022 denied a customer life saving medication due to a script out of date by a few weeks. Despite knowing the customer had a chronic disease and was a repeat customer . Any other pharmacist would've provided an emergency supply , especially given it was a public holiday .Thankfully Priceline in Blackburn south did just that and were able to help. Thoughtless and disgusting. Please have a word with that pharmacist.

Upgraded from 3 Stars:Pharmacy staff are over vigilant when asking for over the counter medication. They appear extremely suspicious as to why I have wanted a particular medication and require my Photo ID that other Pharmacies do not request. I did note one gentleman was having similar difficulties and he left the store without the medication he requested.Chemist Warehouse in general is becoming less of a chemist and more of a vitamin and supplement boutique store.It is becoming harder to find off the shelf medications such as eye drops.Staff have lifted their game in the past few months and at last visit have improved on the way they treat customers.

Not all Chemist Warehouses are the same.Same products, but the team here are great. The pharmacists are always helpful and the staff happy to help. Its further than my nearest pharmacy but worth it for good prices and nice service

Wont sell me over the counter basic nausea medication even though im throwing up because of side effects of new medicationsThey agreed these sideeffects are common, but wont sell to me unless I have migraine.Instantly got the help and support for medication at a local chemist. Support your local independent chemist. Chemist warehouse is a joke when I comes to policies of the pharmacist.

Very disappointing. Bought breast pump 6 months ago. Had issues with the machine sometimes heating up. Called Medela. They informed, its battery issue. To go get replaced within 2 years of purchase. Called store prior to coming and spoke to manager. Manager was very helpful and said to bring it over as plenty in stock. Went there, none in stock. My bad as I went after few days of speaking to her. Travelled all the way from broadmeadows. Dealt with Ching, pharmasist who was very helpful. 2 days later on a monday, he emailed informing that the stock has arrived. Informed ,Ching will come back if not on Tuesday, then definitely by Wednesday. Asked him to inform the staff on duty.Went back today( wednesday). The pharmacist JOE on duty very rudely said oh I wasnt informed you were coming". Not at all polite. I was so embarrassed being spoken like that publicly. Never had dealt with any chemist warehouse staff like that before. Always been very helpful. Was told- cannot find the fault . Told her I cannot continue to use a heated machine
