I honestly should have just listened to the reviews , I asked for a nail design and the color was so faint looked nothing like the picture and then they dug into my nail it was bleeding , I don’t know what it is with nail shops anymore so hard to find a decent place that treats peoples hands gently. I do not recommend

This place is so unprofessional and sloppy. Went there with my sister and they were rude and passive aggressive the entire time, making us feel uncomfortable to express what we wanted despite the fact that we were paying $80 to get what we WANTED. They were so rude and just care about fitting as many customers in but will treat you like trash. I hate my nails and will have to go somewhere else to fix it. Will never go here again.Only go here if you want to be treated horrible, not get what you want and have the owner make up a random high price that’s different every time you go!

I asked for SNS on my natural nail and it looks awful, they filed my nails into inconsistent shapes and lengths and they ended up having to put gel on top of the SNS because they put it in so inconsistently, so my nails are too thick and they aren’t smooth, wouldn’t come back here

Such lovely ladies at this salon! Run on time with appointments and very reasonably priced. This will be my new go to salon! Sadly it’s rare to be treated so nice and respectfully at a nail salon but these ladies are wonderful :)

If you’re looking to sit back and relax while getting a pedicure, this is NOT the place to go.Firstly, My wife was kept waiting an extended period despite being told she was next. Others who arrived after her without appointments were seen to before her.The pedicure itself was well below average - sloppy, and rushed - the staff member didn’t file or shape her nails until reminded that the step was missed. Finally, after picking the nail polish colour, She had to get up mid pedicure to find it herself as the staff member continually brought over the incorrect colours.

So I recently moved here with my parents and litterally live a minute away. When mum first went she said she had a full set of acrylics but thought the job was so sloppy and very rushed. Not a good job. I agreed as the acrylics were so thick on her nails and not filed properly and all different shapes and sizes. I asked her who did her nails, she said the man did. I have been here a few times myself and think they do a good job most of the time. Today i got a manicure french sns and pedicure also French but shellac. I lovedddd my manicure. Great job. Exactly what i asked for. The male took over from the girl to paint my toes, and he rushed everything!! Does not paint the colour properly. I asked for square round but did them round, and the french was horrible and sooo thin and every toes is different!! Im sorry but the male technician does not have the time and care or skills that the other females do. He should not be doing nails unfortunately. He just rushes to get as many customers as possible but doesn't care about the quality of his work. I am now the 3rd.or 4th person to complain about his work. He needs to stop or get more training.

This place is okay at best if you want to get a standard and simple nail but if you want a design like a coloured French tip or ombré they are terrible. A lady who seemed to be running the business was there and when I mentioned something wasn’t right on my nail she rolled her eyes. You are also left waiting with your fingers in acetone for 30+ minutes before someone comes to tell you they’ll be 10 more minutes.

I have always had great nails at this shop. I had an issue once where the colour looked uneven, they apologised and fixed it straight away. Otherwise read happy with this salon.

they were so rude it was actually baffling. i asked a simple question if the colour in the jar was the one i picked because it looked lighter and they started yelling at me to know what i want which was so strange because i just asked a simple question. i asked for shellac and the owner simply refused to do it and forced me to get sns. they were rude and i believe racist! i will never go here again horrible service and random prices they make on the spot.

They do good nails but is that enough? I have been on three weekends and they are always late. Appointments make no difference as they will still do walk ins first. If you hate a place that starts your nails or sits you down and leaves you sitting there don't go. I have been left sitting for in excess of 30 minutes before.
