Stopped responding to emails and calls on August 21st, 2021, for no apparent reason. Found their attention to detail average during the almost 12 months I engaged them (one entity was bolted onto another separate business, rather than set up in its own right).They were a disappointing stop-gap measure that failed to improve. As a business struggling mid-pandemic due to seasonal and industry-related effects, we were reliant on them to assist with basic reports, ATO queries and payroll implementation. Some headway was made but on the whole, emails went weeks unanswered and the whole process of reconciling our books was painfully slow and confused.The kicker was having to use our long-standing accountant to finish the first two quarters of 2021 at a substantially higher cost to the business.
