I and a friend of mine own very small botique with not very large storefront. The prices of the big window cleaning companies are too high for our budget and the work in very small so we are very glad that we found Paul's Window Cleaning Melbourne. They had no complains about the size of the job and gave us very reasonable quote. I can say that I'm very pleased with the window cleaning service itself. Windows shine and are so good cleaned that I hit my nose in the one while looking at the new clothes arrangement we had made :)

Absolutely terrible. They arrived to a double story home (as discussed) without a ladder, they were not using detergent - only water, and were trying to wash the windows with a broom instead of any professional equipment.They admitted that they were not professionals and left when queried, without being paid for the terrible job they had half done.The only upside is that they were hard workers and polite, however obviously had no idea what they were doing nor were they give the correct equipment.The company sent through a $15 voucher but it's safe to say that I will not be using this.

Used them for complete window cleaning(inside and outside) of all windows in the house - about a dosen. I'm happy with the result and the cleaners were very nice and friendly too. Glad to find reliable guys to do this annoying job for me!

What I can say is that my windows really needed this cleaning. I had done the cleaning myself last year but Paul's Window Cleaning Melbourne did a much better job. Excellent communication and great quality work. I will be definitely calling them again when it is time for the next cleaning.
