Clean and tidy store , good customer service!

I have commented (by a review in the EG Club app entry in Play Store) on my experience.

I went today EG petrol station the male staff charge me $32 dollars I said is there anyone can help me to take out from shell gas cylinder and the shell had lock on it the manager of the of the store came and said we don't have it !she didn't even see it.And I said to her i have checked outside I There is plenty so she was already angry.She told me okay I'm coming to check it She came outside and she looked at it. There were so many gas cylinders were full the she went inside to get the key for the shell and I was waiting for 10 minutes I'm waiting and waiting for her I have three kids in the car they were screaming.and the manager, Priya talking and laughing on the phone, doesn't want to see me that I'm waiting for her. I had enough and I went to the petrol station inside. I said where is the key I want to get it out the gas cylinder and she goes excuse me why are you telling that's not my job? you need to get it yourself the key and take out the cylinder from the shelf? I said to her you wast my 10 minute you're and then you're talking so rude to me i'm gonna complain about you she goes go ahead I'm the manager my name is Praya you can complain. No one cares about it. If the manager is like this, just imagine the staff members stay away from this petrol station rude manager Priya to swap gas cylinder the

Very poor serivce no peper towel on serivce station out off all pump 1 head and when you ask Maneger priya she replay this is EG Group that how we do no sentizer as well roght now covide case is riseing no health and sefty @this pump be carefull take care your self guys.

It's a petrol station. Reasonably priced for the area. It's always clean and the staff are respectful. Don't forget to look in the shop either because their chocolates and lollies often have specials. It's nice to grab a tasty treat before you go into battle" with the peak hour traffic."

Awesome Petrol station,sajid is a curtious, very friendly gentleman, look forward coming back, when in the area.

Person at the counter was more interested in looking at their phone than serving anyone and had to call out to them to get served even though I was standing right in front of the at the counter

A regular pit stop at one stage living in the area for many years. Always helpful when it came to changing the gas cylinder for the b.b.q or just filling up on the way home. Handy location makes it a very popular service station.

Waiting for 5 mins no one there

Very bad service. The attendant was on his phone as I was waiting for him at the counter. He did not care.
