City Nails & Spa

Sharing on behalf of my partner. Took him there for pedicure, we got lady named Ruby, she was great at her job, lovely, always smiling, did amazing massage and foot rub, you could tell she was wanting to make your experience worth it, did not feel she rushed it. Will be going back only for Ruby to do my Pedi too.

I had an awful experience,I waited 2 hours, after that time the male technician started to remove off my old infills, he left after doing three nails, then another female technician took 0ver and she proceded to unclip and tear the old infills instead of using the drill. It was extremely painful, then someone else come to shape the new infills and finally the 1st person that started the job applied the colour.The nails are awful, I have different lengths and my fingers were very bruised and sore.I wish I would've walked away

The ladies where not very nice here. It was my first time getting my nails done and I felt very uneasy the way they treated me. I had previously gotten pedicures here and it was a lovely experience but the nails where a different story. At times I would politely request for a darker colour and they would roll their eyes. I specifically asked them on which colour each nail needed to be (I’m OCD) and they still insisted the way that they where doing it was right and continued to paint the colours. The workers didn’t know much English, I tried to be as polite as possible but I felt really uneasy doing it. They only put one coat of each polish on, meaning that it’s already falling of and it’s only been a few days.

The staff always do a good job as I have French tip with a design usually. They always try to do like in photos that I give them. Happy with results.

I always feel incredibly welcomed, and treated well. I will only ever come here for my nails! Thank you to the wonderful team!

Horrible customer service, 2 of my acrylic nails cracked and snapped off on the 3rd day of having them done. I had an original appointment and they still made me wait while there was a whole bunch of workers just chit chattering. Wouldn’t recommend, not worth the money or the time

Was told it would be ok to take 4 of us however it took over 3 hrs and still waiting to get all of us girls nailed complete. Other girls who walked in after us were leaving before we even got nails painted. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS.Quality was ok.Overall it was a nightmare and will go elsewhere next time.

I think this business runs on bums on seats as I had 3 different staff do my pedicure and it was all very rushed. Not enjoyable at all. The male ' boss' came over and started putting my sandals back on my feet when my nails were still wet and said to me You go now! Worse pedicure ever, I won't be back!

Terrible and unrelaxing Had to select my nail polish 3 times because they kept losing them as you are shuffled like a sheep then cut all my nails off reaching across body to do job.....don't go here

I spend $65 on a set of nails, then the tips of the nails snaped off 2-3 days latter and the other nails in the set were full of bubbles. They could only replace the nails that snaped off not the whole set. Do not go here go somewhere else.
