Love the fruit and veg and meat section. Always plenty to choose from. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Only issue would be they never clean their trolleys or baby trolleys. The trolleys are always full of rubbish and the baby trolleys are so disgusting I refuse to use them which puts me out having to find a carer for my children whilst I shop!

Just witnessed one of the kindest gestures I have seen for some time. A young cashier was serving a senior gentleman who had cut his arm. After he paid she asked him if he would like a bandaid in a very caring manner.I complimented her the way she handled this and that it didn’t go unnoticed

May be cheap but you are treated like a second class citizens. No customer service and never enough staff on checkouts. Everytime l go in there l always end up in a segment with them. This never happens anywhere else. I can't see why l can't pack the items straight into my bags especially as l have back problems. Got talk it was a OHS issue and l had to put them into the trolley and then go over to the bench and pack them. I would rather go somewhere else why at least they know about customer service.

Well laid out store, easy to find what you need and quickly, not like the rabbit warren you must negotiate at the competitions store. Reasonably priced so no need to shop around, if it's at Aldi you won't find it cheaper anywhere else.

Staff are incredibly friendly and easy to get around if you use a mobility aid.Lots of variety, I was able to get groceries and a toolbox!
