My son was funded a bathroom modification through the ndis. Tradepro transformed our bathroom into the most beautiful safe accessible space. Every tradesperson that came into our home was professional, punctual, friendly, skilled, respectful and great at their job. It was organised, streamlined, at each step I communicated with, and at the end of every work day the work space cleaned. ( Which is so nice.) Dealing with tradepro and the team has been a positive happy experience and I highly recommend them. Our bathroom is going to be life changing for my son thanks to the skilful team. Thankyou

We have our new kitchen installation works contracted through TradePro, our quote and design stage was organised in March 22 and our booked installation date was in October 22.We had TradePro staff attended site and gathered quote information, the visit was prompt, well communicated and punctual. We discussed options for various water waste solutions, routing of water & eletrical services. Overall smooth visit and quote was prepared and accepted within 2.5 weeks.Perhaps 2-3 months later another visit was requested to the home to grab details of the quote, unsure was the issue was as information was gathered by internal employees. Regardless second visit occured, additional photos were taken, quote remained as quoted unchanged.Leading into October we had organised our presence at home as we had confirmed and booked dates and overall excited for our new kitchen. The first stage was plumbing services, the plumber rocked up onsite with 1 stick of 25mm pvc and couple of elbows and consumables, proceed to say 'Oh this job is bigger than i thought'. Left site and said has to be re-organised for another day. Keep in mind the quote was provided in March, Tradepro had over 5 months to prepare and communicate, in addition Tradepro had 2 quote visit on the property.The quoted works arrange for 2-3 days completion ended up taking 2-3 weeks on inconsistent days basis. I know these type of works don't always go to plan, i am in a trade myself and know that uncontrollable issues exists in the game. However given the time frame we had provided to prepare for the job, the disfucntionality of the organisation was very transparent.Issues with invoicing through Tradepro, this was a major disappointment and i urge future consumers to read thoroughly their itemised invoice as we were presented and charged in excess nearly 2k worth of errors.Tradepro attempted to charge additional costs for plumbing services which were within scope but failed to clearly communicate with their subcontractor. It is a 6 month lead time of quoted works to which Tradepro have taken plenty of photos of and had plentiful time to prepare.Tradepro attempted to charge itemised splashbacks, kitchen accessories and a duct discharge for our range hood to which we does not exist in our kitchen. We have third party our splashback and no accessories were bought and fitted, our exhaust is recirculating to which does not require a duct fitted.Communication through the project manager Rob from Tradepro was rather disappointing, the lack of information regarding the project was unexceptable. Rob mentioned the project was passed down to him, regardless of where the project derived from, his position is the project manager, we are paying him to manage it.Rob request a visit on site to sign off the project prior completion, i had mentioned that serveral factors will need to be subject to in order to proceed with sign off and final payment. This included the gryprock to be sanded and prep for paint, plumbing services to revise quote and query to eletrcial works that was beyond scope. Rob mentioned that he spoke to the plasterer that when Rob attend site that morning he would sand the gryprock himself and was told from the plasterer it would only take 5 minutes. I know within myself that the job would not take 5 minutes and it is not Rob's job to begin sanding plaster. The sign off with subject to above conditions.The plasterer attended several days later, and to my surprise as he glance to our Google camera in plain sight the 5 minute sanding works and proceeded to become a 45 minutes worth of work. I did not appreciate the attempted shortcut and half a job that was expected to just have anyone perform a trades job.In conclusion, i would not utilise Tradepro services moving forward, their communcation and accounting errors truly saddens me. As i place myself in the shoes of my parents or grandparents who were to utilise their services and would be taken advantage of not understanding their itemise invoices to which has no relation to the project.

Tradepro Installation Services were amazing and very professional from the moment we contacted them about replacing our kitchen. They were great and always returned my calls - all the tradies they used were really nice polite people who listened and didn't make you feel uncomfortable. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to complete any install job but especially not kaboodle kitchens.Communication was an immediate concern. All communication was facilitated by us – if we didn’t call or email, we didn’t hear from them. We had days where TradePro staff arrived late OR just didn’t arrive at all - they had no regards or apologies to offer for the fact that we’d had to reorganize work to be home. Our foreman (which we paid for as a part of our fees) quit very early on - we didn’t know about this until he didn’t show up as scheduled and we had to ring the head office to find out what was happening. It took a lot of hounding from our end to even receive the invoice. To this day we are still receiving invoices from other people’s jobs – which include their full names and addresses.The amount of mess and debris left in our house and yard from the install was abysmal. Our sign off involved a TradePro worker coming in, opening, and closing one draw and commenting on the mess left behind.We noticed that our stove top could shift a great deal within the bench and one of our power points was very loose in the wall. The real disappointment however is when a cabinet door just fell off its hinges one afternoon - 3 months after install. Upon speaking to Kaboodle, they confirmed that ALL our cabinet doors were missing vital locking screws and it was an install error – unbelievable safety risk.Once again, all communication had to be facilitated by us and Bunnings. We reorganized work to be home for TradePro to come in and review their work and once again NO ONE SHOWED UP! When we called the worker stated ‘oh yeah! I must have missed that one!’Issues the TradePro staff member found included;- No locking screws in any of the cabinet hinges.- No securement in the stove top – meaning it could shift a great deal within the bench top (extremely unsafe).- Securement screws missing from some of the powerpoints.- No waterproofing seal around the sinkThe only response from TradePro regarding all of these uncomplete parts of the job were rebuttal points about how none of the above were a safety risk.I really struggle to understand how a loose stove top and lack of locking screws pose no safety risk. Let alone not sealing a sink – water damage and termites??All of these oversites were corrected over 90 days from the commencement of the job – our contract stated the job is to be completed within 90 days.Overall, it has been an awful experience dealing with TradePro and I DO NOT recommend them.

Rob and the Tradepro installation team did a great job managing the overall renovation of our Kitchen and Bathroom. They did a great job keeping trades lined up and the project on time and budget. They are experts when it comes to working with the Bunnings team that provided all the Kitchen components and building materials for the Bathroom.

Tradepro not only installed my beautiful kitchen to the highest standard, and transformed my house, they did so with pride, courtesy, and professionalism Thankyou Josh, Rob, Matthew, Warren, Daniel, Vicki & Josh (from Think) for creating a wonderful end result and experience throughout !!!

Rob from Trade Pro worked closely with us and managed both the kitchen and 2 bathroom renovations we had done to our house. Rob managed to complete all the works before we had to move in and before Christmas which was even more impressive. I spoke with Rob regularly as the project variations came up and he was able to both suggest and implement everything quickly with minimal hassle. I highly recommend his ethics and working style to anyone looking to take on any level of renovation. Thanks again to everyone involved for providing everything we wanted!
