Worst customer service ever , hands down! My girlfriend went to get her ordered food and had card to pay with no cash on her. The lady at the counter was mannerless and rude with my girlfriend. The lady asked her to bring cash and refused to give her the ordered food on not having cash with her. My girlfriend felt insulted to such behaviour, as the lady kept on telling her that, if there is no cash then she can buy food from somewhere else. Obviously, you guys are not the only noodle shop left in the city so, one can go to a much humble shop rather coming back to you guys again. Besides, it is illegal to demand cash instead of card for the payment. A serious need to teach the staff the value of polite customer interaction and setting up convenient method of payment.

My fave go to place for yummy noodles. Have been going for years and have never been disappointed. Yes they take cash only, but literally the atms are outside. I’m not complaining. Owner is also very nice.

Regularly order takeaway from here.Food is always goodTonight tried something different with Seafood Laksa soup….omg so much fresh seafood could hardly eat the other meal which was Nasi Goreng.Highly recommend this Noodle Bar.Cash only. Which is fine.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The folks who run this place are great. Always cheery and patient. As for the food, it’s one of the best noodle bars in this area. I’ve tried their curry noodles, chilli noodles, satay, xo.. and the flavour of each one is very good. If you want extra hot then they can crank it up so that it’ll blow your head off. They don’t skimp on the ingredients either,and the price is good for the quality and quantity.

Had Beef Black Bean noodles and they were wonderful and plentiful.Quick and friendly service.

I live around the corner I am very lucky the food excellent the owner always has a big smile. Yes I agree 100% they need to work on customer service because we don’t all know about Asian food.but Yummy keep up the great work
