Yesterday I had issues with my laptop. During my research I came across introtech. I put an online enquiry and they called me back within 10 minutes. They sent their team within an hour after the call to check the issue with my laptop. I am very impressed with their response time and how professional the team is. My experience with IntroTech was amazing. I had issues with my laptop battery for a couple of weeks. Since it was out of warranty, I was quoted was too much for the new battery and the service to be provided. I read about IntroTech on the web and thought of calling them for assistance. I recently received amazing servive from Introtech. There were some issues with my laptop and I wasn't able to use it for few days. I then came across Introtech and I placed an online query and to my suprise they approached me in the next 2 hours and the team was at my house in a day. The team was so cooperative and solved my problem immediately. My choice for all the technical issues in the future will definitely be Introtech. Thanks. :)
