These guys need to improve their organisational and communication skills - 2 months, 2 trips to Rocky, 4 x 25 minute phone calls mostly on hold to get the part I ordered. If I could give zero stars I would.

Can not express how poor the service is here I walked with a chainsaw still in warranty that I had bought from there and told them that it wouldn’t was very difficult to start, wouldn’t fire and just floods. The man serving me while six of his coworkers stood and watched told me that it was my fault I didn’t know how to start the saw, at no point did anyone offer to even look at the saw or show me what I could be doing wrong.I left went straight to farm and garden where I’m getting a new husqvarna. The people there couldn’t be more helpful
