Rented out a truck for one day and had to extend the hire last minute. Spoke with Fay who was very lovely and made the process smooth and easy. Both Omar and Vish who work there were very knowledgeable and helpful when making inquiries. Would definetly hire from Hertz Bankstown again. 10/10.

They managed to provide me with an awesome hybrid SUV I called it Bluie for a week as part of car insurance claim. They were very helpful and when I needed an extension they were very accommodating. Unfortunately, it ended up with a claim on the rental due to other people damaging bluie with scraps and scratches. Great customer service team. Highly recommend.

I give them one star because I can't give them 0. They were very rude and stupid. They haven't told clear information to the customers when we rented the car. They just want to charge more money from us and never know how to do customer service. I don't know why the company can be hired people who couldn't use the head in the workplaces.
