These guys replaced a glitching screen in my iPhone a month ago and I had a similar problem this week. I went back expecting them to tell me it was unrelated and I’d need to pay for another screen as this would be the case with most businesses (not wanting to give money back). No… they immediately offered to replace it again free of charge. It was done within the hour. Thanks for the old fashioned service.

Price quoted over phone and price when I went to collect was different. I didn't double-check at counter and signed paperwork so it was my fault. In hindsight would have been cheaper to buy a new phone as it is only used as a backup when travelling.

I was in Mackay on work and had a phone problem. Guy working there was very helpful, fixed my phone in minutes and didn't even charge me for it as it was a common and simple problem to resolve. Great stuff, wish more businesses had this work ethic!

Mackay screen repairs is very unprofessional.I sent my iphone in to MSR to get the front and back screen fixed. I then had to return twice because of faults they had made.My battery inside my phone was held down with double sided sticky tape and they have cut my face ID cable on my iphone so it is now unrepairable.When I told mackay screen repairs this they took my phone off me and proceeded to repair it. They had been telling me it was all fixed and that It will be sent off with in a week. A month passed where they still had my phone so I called them, they then said that if we brake your phone during a repair
