Hotel Pennant Hills

This is a pub, don't think there is any accomodation. Rang to book a table for 102nd bday! I asked for a quiet spot for guests that are hard of hearing. The very nice girl said she could book the function room, even though there was only 4 guests for lunch. She said no problem because the room was not booked and being a Monday its a quiet day. So hearing we could have a private spot I spent time and money on bits and pieces to put on the table for this special occasion and invited more family, a total of 7. I arrived there early to decorate, after leaving work early, to find the function room was filled up with about 100 people! I asked a girl on duty and she told me that somebody didn't do something with the bookings and sorry but you can sit anywhere else you want. Very dissappointed and feeling it was more like, we can make more money from them than we can from your party!Totally understand that, but it would have been nice to be given a phone call to say they have a big booking, and a bit of an apology. Then I went to the bar to get a drink, barman on my side of the bar, not even acknowledging me,when he did he rudely said this bar isn't open yet. At this stage if I could have I would have left, but my 102 bday girl mum was on her way!After all that nobody came near our table to clear glasses. We eventually had our lunch plates cleared about 5 mins before we left. So for me never again!

My go to pub in the local area for the kids and also to enjoy a meal. Food is always delicious and never have had a bad dining experience. Weekends you want to book a table as it does get busy with the kids section due to parties etc being held.

We recently moved to the area and this was our first time coming to this hotel. Great Kids play area and beer, from there the food was tasteless. Cold chips over cooked food, mussels actually not cooked enough to open them up. There was 4 of us and 2 kids we all rated the food 3 out of 10. I won't be back for the food again.

One of the very few pubs to go in Pennant Hills. Plenty of place, kids friendly, and quite a few beer options. Good food compliments the drinks.Close to the station and plenty of parking

This HPH is fantastic it’s clean the food is very nice, staff polite. It is next door to the train station, but the parking is very limited. Will go again

Wow. The best ribs and rump I’ve ever had at a pub. The renovations look awesome and the beer selection was great. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was really chilled, look forward to heading back there again soon.

Customers seem to think they can park anywhere. Car park impossible to navigate. Most vehicles appear to be tradies vans, which I think tells you everything you need to know about this place

I've had my children's birthday parties here for the past 2 years. The food is fantastic, great selection of beers, wine and cocktails, and an indoor playland for the kids to run wild. They always have the footy and ABC Kids on the TVs so everyone is satisfied. Highly recommend!

We had a delicious lunch. The Thai Beef Salad was delicious and healthy. The chocolate ice cream was yum. I look forward to visiting again. The hotel is tastefully renovated into a comfortable modern facility.
