The beautiful young lady who did my pedicure and the lovely woman who did my SNS nails were both very attentive and did an incredible job. All the staff in the salon were friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to help their clients. The salon felt calm and relaxed. I highly recommend this nail salon. I will definitely be back!

Went here yesterday and my fingers hurt SO BAD. Wait times without a booking started to approach an hour. I try to be fairly lenient in terms of size and shape with my nails, but the woman who did mine absolutely FILED THE SIDES OF MY NATURAL NAILS. She also kept SCRAPING at what she thought was SNS residue but was actually my SKIN and she made me BLEED and it HURTS. SO. BAD. Please be careful if you go here.

Paid $50 for my daughters nails to be done, booking was hellish, they are the incorrect colour it took almost two hours to do. I have provided a photo of the colour they should have been and what she ended up with.My daughter should have stopped the nail technician however she was under the impression that the colour is added not impregnated into the nail. As a long time customer of the other nail place at Knox I think I’ll stick to the reputable service received there.ADDITIONAL POST RESPONSE FROM OWNER: My daughter was in today (Jan2nd) as she had received a $50 gift voucher for Christmas from a friend. This time you did white tip acrylic. It was an extra $15.I want to note, the incorrect SNS colour nails lasted 9 - 10 days as you didn’t have to remove them. She was seen today at 3pm for a 2:30 appointment, the new application took just over an hour. Just over 1.5hrs in total if you include the waiting time despite an appointment.My other daughters SNS nails done at the same time in your salon 14 days ago, 6 lasted until today, they were removed by the other Nail place at Knox.The daughter that went to the other nail place at knox today paid the same $65 however this was including removal of the 6 pre existing SNS that Nail Bar had put on. This took 35 minutes from start to finish.My other daughter went back to your store with the $50 gift voucher + $15.I have uploaded photos for the review of today and the further information.I have lifted my review to two stars as you did respond to the feedback.Being Christmas we didn’t have the time to come back in and rectify the colour issue.Thank You for trying to rectify the issue, it wouldn’t have worked out as explained the nails only lasted a short time anyway coupled with the trading hours and Christmas rush.It will be interesting to see how long the white tip Acrylic nails last in comparison.Some people are happy with spending 1-2 hours getting their nails done, as previously mentioned I’ve never experienced that at other nail place in the 23 years I’ve been going there.

The best nail salon in Knox! My acrylic nail sets with each technician iv had to date have been flawless with a lot of attention to detail. Staff are super nice and fun. The salon is aesthetically pleasing. I won't go anywhere else. ✨

Booking is a breeze, they are efficient and did my nails beautifully every single time. Such a vibrate shop and plenty of colours to choose from. The girls at the shop are joy to chat with, Will definitely be back!

Just got a basic manicure, the gentleman did mine. He was fairly rough and rushed the manicure. Was distracted and kept looking around and in the process broke the skin around my nails which bled. Nail polish couldn't be applied because it kept bleeding all over the nail.

I went to nail bar for a pedicure only. I’m not sure if the lady serving me was new but she filled the foot spa with purely cold water. I had to ask her to put some hot water in the spa to warm it up. The foot spas are just basins/bowls, no jet spa’s like you usually see. The chairs were also uncomfortable and not the massage chairs you often encounter in other salons however the aesthetics were beautiful but I would choose comfort over beauty as nail spa’s should be about relaxing. The actual pedicure was very mediocre. I asked for a French pedicure. My nails were cut unevenly and some at very odd angles, the white French tip was uneven and messy. The clear polish on my pinky toe also raised and turned a pink colour due to too many layers (I think). My experience wasn’t all bad..they were able to fit me in without a booking (mind you it was a Monday) and they did not charge to remove some shellac that was left on my nails. I was quoted $55 for my pedicure but ended up paying $65 as French was an extra $10…they did not mention it would be extra $10 when doing my nails so that was an unwelcome surprise at the end.
