I got a quote to fix my gold bracelet, they quoted $40.. weeks later I got a voice message that didn’t even make sense. Called back and told me it is now going to cost me $200 to fix.. it needed 1 solder as they said. I said absolutely not! Went and got another quote elsewhere and only charged me $90 (as they found other links that were cracking and needed an extra 2 solders) Never AGAIN!!!!

Last December, we bought a pair of earrings from Tea Tree Plaza, SA - by March, however, one of the earrings had their lock pin break like a twig, and it snapped and fell on the ground.We returned to the store, and we were given an invoice, the earrings were sent to the supplier where they were replaced 1.5 months later, and the new pair then broke only 5 weeks after we retrieved them.When we took the second pair there again, we were asked what are you doing with the earrings
