Extremely easy and stress free experience. After quite a lot of bad luck trying to get into the property market we finally found a great house as well as a great real estate agent. Josh is very easy to get along with and was always there to help throughout the whole process. We cannot recommend Josh enough to anyone who is seeking help with their real estate needs, he made the whole purchasing your first home situation so easy and stress free.

Fast & Efficient new lease. Linda and her team were extremely efficient in establishing a new lease within 3 days after a tenant unexpectedly gave 2 weeks notice to vacate. Their professionalism and re leasing, ensuring detailed photos and description of property, cleanliness was outstanding. Highly recommend Linda and the Albion Park Right Choice team for managing my rental properties.

Competent and Follows Through.Again I had a smooth changeover of tenants.I was kept informed and Wendy was thorough in making sure that the property was clean and well maintained. This involved extra cleaning and repair that I would not have been aware of. She has a keen eye for detail and always follows up to get things done.Wendy professionally went through the applicants, checked references and gave me a short list from which to choose.She is very easy to talk with and I am confident in having her as an agent.

What a champion. We had enlisted another real estate to sell our property. Which was a total waste of time and money.Scott approached us and from the start to the end of the sale he was amazing.There were 3 parties involved in the sale of our property which in itself was not an easy task. Scott communicated everything to all of us. These guys are not professional nor diligent at all in providing their services. After taking security deposit from me for a property they put me in a situation and started asking me to raise rent if I really wanted the property that I had been approved for. They cheated, they were unfair. I had already informed my current property agent about ending my tenancy so they used it to their advantage and put us in a very tough situation and messed up all my plans. I do not recommend them to anyone. I spoke to a few people and none of them could do their part as well as they should’ve. I wish I could give them negative rating.

Anton was friendly, understanding and extremely knowledgable. We are first home buyers and Anton eased the process for us by explaining step by step what we needed to do and when it needed to be done. Anton answered all of our questions and was patient with us as we navigated this new world of buying a home. We would recommend Anton to anyone who is buying/selling their home as communicating with him from start to finish was a pleasure!

His positive, can-do attitude and jovial nature makes it a pleasure to conduct business with him. For property management, I can genuinely say don’t bother using anywhere else but Right Choice - Linda and her team are absolutely amazing and so lovely to deal with. They are always available and go above and beyond expectations. They got the job done so quickly at a time when I was stressed and had lost hope due to another agency unfortunately being unable to deliver an outcome for me. Their service offering is fantastic - you always know what is happening with your property and they think for you, always being 4 steps ahead. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve already been able to achieve for me at such a stressful time. Not enough stars to give!!
