The fellow behind the pharmacy counter was very condescending and they made me wait about 10 minutes so the pharmacist could, 'chat to me,' about the product I chose even though I mentioned I was in a hurry, but he never did, even though I could see him 'chatting' to some other staff behind the counter. All this was actually quite humiliating, so I recommend you go to the other pharmacist in the shopping centre, which I've been to before and had no trouble with.

Staff at the front counter are extremely rude and very unprofessional. Won’t be shopping there again

Had an unpleasant and disrespectful experience with a girl at the counter yesterday. After picking up my prescription and a few other things I proceeded to go to the worker at counter to check out. As she was scanning my medicine bottles she took a *very* obvious look at what my prescription was and then opened up her mouth so wide. In some kind of shock I assume… the prescription I get is misused by some as a party drug so I can only imagine that’s why she was so shocked. Highly highly inappropriate for her to be even be visibly looking at what my prescription is and even more disrespectful to have a visible reaction …. Keep it to yourself. And please train your staff on manners…….

Finally found a pharmacy with staff who care about health rather than just hitting sales targets. Great service, great range of products, huge store and spotlessly maintained. Give this place a go if you are looking for quality healthcare.

Priceline Karrinyup has a great variety of products at good prices. The staff are always friendly and willing to help especially the pharmacists. I noticed this week they are stocking American crew hair wax which is something I have been hoping for.

I came into your store today to buy some skincare and I noticed AzClear medicated lotion was on the shelf with the other Azclear products… The lotion is a Pharmacy Medicine and shouldn’t be in the store shelves. I was going to mention it to someone but didn’t want to be “one of those people”. I’m sure it was a mistake but wanted to let you know! Nothing else to say, overall you have a great store

I had a really bad experience here today, left me shaking.I was overcharged at the checkout so I asked the girl what was Pricelines policy on overcharging. The young girl went off to find the product to which I could see she had walked past so I had to point & call out to her. (End of isle in a big pink box with a big price sticker indicating its on Special).While she was looking I was hijacked by another lady asking me what was happening. I said She over charged me" to which she made a big deal that it was the 'Tills' fault not hers & that she has taken offence to me saying the girl overcharged me

A very good service is always available at this place and the staff is very friendly and helpful.It has become my regular Pharmacy and it is conveniently located.Feeling happy and appreciative.

I usually avoid Pricelines because their staff aren’t typically pleasant, but I found the staff at this store to be very kind and friendly

Very good service - the pharmacist here has helped with me a few times over the years and is always knowledgeable and kind! There was a time I had a few questions about some travel I was making and they recommend some great products
