Goodwill Op Shop

Staff would not accept cash whilst wearing gloves and masks. Claimed it would spread disease even though I don't have any diseases. They said the book was $4 and charged me $5. I believe its unlawful to overcharge for a product. When I asked for my dollar they refused and told me that it was because I was rude when I laughed at them for not taking my cash. I am not aware of such a charge - $1 for someone laughing at you. I guess I offended them. I will never shop here again and I strongly suggest you don't so that you don't have to deal with the staff. These staff member also failed to provide me with a receipt for my proof of purchase. The whole experience was terrible.

Came here a few months ago and the prices were fairly decent. The lady in the hat was going to overcharge me for some craft items though, after another staff had already advised me on the price. Came back here last week, and everything has gotten so expensive. I’d say that on average, that clothes were around $15. Saw some going at $80, and other small display items, plates, etc priced at $6 EACH. Not worth coming here.

Goodwill's pick-up service is incredible. Friendly, helpful staff that let you know they are on the way. Very grateful for your help!

Reasonable quality, good prices

Wish I could review the items on offer, however we weren't in the store for more than about 60 seconds before being pushed out. We came in at 4:10pm on a Saturday, when they close at 4:30pm. We passed 2 staff members on the way in, neither of which mentioned anything along the lines of hey

This OP Shop is so disgusting! the old bag lady running the place just makes up the prices by how you look. Nothing here actually goes to helping people in need it just goes into her pocket. The old bag lady running the shop is so greedy and has no idea what customer service is. It's beyond me how it can remain open.

I have donated several boxes of clothing and household goods. I've found every interaction with staff friendly and helpful.There are lots of great items at the shop. It was hard not to come home with more than I donated.They offer a great service and help many people in need.

A lovely collection for all tastes. The lady with the hat was very helpful in answering all our questions.I appreciate that most profits go towards Country Far West and Starlight Foundation; two charities which help sick children. In saying this, I find it disappointing that some previous reviews complain about pricing considering all profits are going to charity. I personally found prices reasonable, and tailored to all budgets.If you want to buy with a purpose, check out this shop.All in all a great experience.
