This company sells old stock! Purchased facial wipes Whothot from them and the wipes were half dry. Store manager on George St handled the complain very poorly. She refused to admit the product fault and provide any resolution. Clearly she had no clue about the consumer law. Stay away from this store!

Always prompt to reply to any questions I have regarding my orders and will always keep me informed on the status. It's tough to buy makeup online, but they helped me narrow down the best shades. The makeup I got was so perfect for my photo shoot and arrived just in time for the weekend express post.

Everything, down to ordering and browsing the website, was superb. I really liked the effort and details they make with my order, and I get a response to my questions on time every time. Everything was shipped and received quickly which made the experience even better. Prices vary but generally mid range, you really cant go wrong.

Living in rural Australia, it's difficult to source organic skin care products where I live. The gentlemen I was speaking to on the phone spent 20 minutes giving me advice and recommendations for makeup as it's always hard to find the right colours looking at a computer screen. Eventually we narrowed it down to a few shades and they offered to send me some samples as I find it really hard to travel into Sydney. He did a thorough job, and I ordered online a week later. We are cluttered with so many big robotic chains and it's fantastic to have retailers who know their products and enjoy speaking with customers.
