I was there today to get a denture repairs and the service and quality. Your work was 100%. I am also having Implants and so far it has been a pleasant and painless experience. I look forward to having the job finished and enjoying my new smile, the staff and doctors Are so pleasant and likeable and easy to get along with I will have to give them a 10 out of 10

Dr Nick was keen to fix my broken crown as it is covered under warranty. Also he is taking great actions in managing the surgery by hiring Monesh who is doing great job in booking appointments and fixing previous problems. Great job Dr Nick!

Wow , If you’re looking at getting any urgent work done I’d personally recommend going anywhere else.Customer service is horrible & Urgency is none existent. I’ve seen coffee shop workers more interested in what they do.The amount of times they have made my partner go back and forth on the phone with them with constant excuses as to why things will be delayed is horrendous from people taking 3-4 days off at a time to their machines not working or some type of tech problem.Genuinely can’t believe she’s paying for the close to nothing service you give.Seriously I’d choose a different dentist,FIX YOUR WORK CULTURE , ATTITUDE & CUSTOMER SUPPORT.PEOPLE ARE PAYING BIG MONEY!!!

I had my veneers and general dental done at Your Family Dental last year. My experience with all of the staff has honestly been amazing. They are professional and attentive but also make you feel welcome with their friendly and caring manner. It is a busy surgery but the wait times are generally good. I have recommended my family and friends to this dentist and they have been very happy too. My veneers are simply perfect I couldn't be happier

I would give 0 stars if I could. My partner previously paid off a plan to get dental work done. He has been to this dentist several times to spend 20 minutes on the phone trying to book him in to yet more work completed. The receptionist I spoke with was hopeless and had no idea what they were doing. They said he hasn’t been there before but has been several times. It certainly doesn’t take 20 minutes to book an appt that has probably been booked incorrectly. Maybe some more training is needed for your reception.

I'm one of those people who dislikes visiting the Dentist. but this clinic here, made my experience with them comfortable and just amazing. Beautiful staff, great service. Advanced technology too, how cool was that being checked and operated on while watching netflix ;) just too cool i swear. I highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone.

have been around the world but have not seen such a high level of excellence in both Senior Doctors Nick and Shaveta, they both hold extensive knowledge and application in all they do! Horrible customer service. 12 months ago I had a consultation for veneers. I got my veneers 9 months after my initial consultation due to them telling me repeatedly that their lab tech making the veneers was on holiday… then he was sick. I sent email after email and called, however no one would get back to me until I sent an email requesting a refund of the amount I had already given to them.I ended up letting them do my my veneers. To the actually dentists credit, they did a good job and were accommodating, however this was only because they knew I was unhappy to begin with.Since having the veneers done, I have called and emailed numerous times to get the codes so I can claim on health insurance. The ONE time I got through to someone at reception, I was told I would receive an email from them with the codes. I have still not received it and have been trying to call the clinic with no answer. Contact with them is a nightmare, so spare yourself the trouble. I won’t be going back…
