Sharp Extensive IT

We have managed a successful roll out of our printers with Sharp across multiple states in Australia and have had great service and support since coming onboard. Our fleet of Sharp printers have been a major improvement to the business from our previous provider and we look forward to working with Sharp in the future.

Brilliant experience with Sharp EIT, customer service was and continues to be extremely positive. Throughout the sales process Gonzalo Cal was so professional and down to earth. He didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision like the other 2 companies did. Our account manager, Gonzalo, has been friendly yet professional since the start of our relationship with Sharp! Our overall experience with regards to scanning and printing, service on our Sharp MX 5070 printer, receiving toner cartridges in a timely manner and follow up calls from Gonzalo have been positive. In mid-2020, my organisation switched from another IT solutions company across to Sharp. Since the switch, we have improved our printing output and reduced the amount of money we have spent on both ink toners and servicing. The customer service we receive from our account manager Gonzalo Cal is second-to-none. Every time we have an issue, Gonzalo ensures that he gets to the bottom of it as quickly as possible so that we're up and running again in no time. Couldn't recommend highly enough. 5/5!
